We accommodate groups based on format and equipment—typically six to twenty participants. Reformer-based parties are smaller for safety; mat or mixed sessions can host more. Share your preferred setup and we'll recommend the optimal size for safety and enjoyment.
Comfortable, breathable workout attire and grip socks are recommended. Bring a water bottle and any personal props like a towel or small resistance bands if desired. We provide mats, reformers where applicable, and all shared equipment sanitized before your arrival.
Yes. Our instructors design sessions around your group's abilities, fitness goals, and any mobility concerns. Whether focusing on core strength, mobility, or relaxation, we tailor exercise selection, pace, and modifications to ensure everyone benefits comfortably.
Standard private sessions run forty-five to sixty minutes of guided exercise. Allow an extra fifteen to thirty minutes for arrival, setup, and brief orientation. We can extend time for events or combine back-to-back sessions for longer celebrations.
Yes. We supply certified Pilates instructors and studio equipment including reformers, mats, props, and sanitation. If you prefer to bring outside instructors or special equipment, discuss arrangements ahead of time so we can coordinate studio needs and availability.
Book as early as possible—ideally two to six weeks before your event to secure preferred dates and instructors. For peak times or large groups, reserve even earlier. Contact us for last-minute availability and we'll do our best to accommodate.
