How our holiday packages work
Booking one of our holiday party packages locks in a themed studio rental that includes festive decor, group activities, and catering coordination. Packages start at $199 for a 60 minute event; clients should expect trade-offs between package scope and availability, especially during our busiest months of November and December.
When you customize a package you'll select the scale of decor, the types of group activities, and catering options in consultation with our events team. Because many local guests arrive from the Southport Corridor or by CTA, we schedule with local commuting patterns in mind and recommend booking early for holiday dates.
What to expect on site
Our standard event slot is 60 minutes long, which covers the main gathering or activity. Setup, breakdown and additional coordination are arranged at booking; note that extended or multi-hour events may require different arrangements, so discuss timing needs with our staff before confirming to avoid conflicts during busy months.
The studio sits in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood near the Fullerton CTA station, Lake Shore Drive, and the Southport Corridor. This makes arrival straightforward for guests traveling from downtown and the North Side, but winter weather and lake-effect winds can affect travel—allow extra arrival time for events in November and December.
