How the package works
This package bundles ten individual visits of one-on-one training on our Elina Tower Reformer. Each appointment runs 30 MINUTES and the package price is $300. Sessions are arranged to build consistency: your instructor sets short-term targets, logs progress across visits, and adjusts the plan so each session contributes to an ongoing training thread.
Because the sessions are short and repeated, instructors emphasize efficient sequencing and clear priorities. Expect a focused plan that targets mobility, strength, or specific movement skills identified during your first meetings. Trainers will proactively offer modifications and progressions so you can keep moving safely and feel steady improvement from session to session.
What to expect each session
A 30 MINUTES session is compact and purpose-driven. Warm-up, a primary movement sequence on the Reformer, and a quick debrief fit into each visit. That structure forces clarity about goals for the day, so you and your instructor can track measurable steps across the ten sessions without wasting time on unrelated work.
Local clients often book sessions around early-morning, lunch, or evening windows to fit Southport Corridor routines. Note that January, February and September are our busiest months for ongoing commitments; booking ahead during those times helps you lock consistent times and avoid gaps in your training plan.
Benefits and how to progress
Clients frequently report feeling more supported and confident after short private sessions: instructors are friendly, make on-the-spot adjustments, and help beginners stay comfortable while being challenged. For people recovering fitness after inactivity, a series of focused 30-minute lessons can build readiness for group classes and steadier practice habits without overwhelming schedules.
If you decide to start, book your package and plan sessions across several weeks to maintain momentum. Our studio is easy to reach from Fullerton CTA and the Lincoln Park neighborhood; bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. In winter, consider layers for Chicago’s lake-effect winds when arriving and leaving the studio.
