What the session targets
A 30 Minute Single Session zeroes in on one or two specific goals you bring—mobility, core control, or targeted conditioning—so every movement is chosen for impact. Instructors check what matters most at the start, then prioritize exercises and modifications that fit your current capacity and available time.
Because sessions are short, trade-offs are intentional: the plan favors high-value movements and clear cueing rather than wide-ranging class-style coverage. Many clients appreciate this focus during busy weeks or periods when they need fast, measurable sessions that slot easily into commutes or lunch breaks.
How sessions are structured
Each session is one-on-one on our Elina Tower Reformer with an instructor who adapts resistance, tempo and position to your needs. The teacher quickly confirms goals and any physical restrictions, then sequences a compact progression of exercises that emphasize form, breathing and controlled repetitions within the 30-minute window.
The 30 MINUTES are used deliberately: warm-up and assessment, two-to-three focused movement patterns, and technique coaching. Price is $75 for a single session. Some clients choose to finish with an infrared sauna or follow-up recovery routine, as reported by guests who appreciated that added option.
Best times to schedule sessions
Local clients often schedule early-morning sessions, midday workouts during lunch breaks, or evenings before dining in the Southport Corridor—choices that reflect Lincoln Park and Lakeview routines and easy CTA access. Seasonal rhythms matter: demand spikes in January, May and September when people prioritize quick, targeted workouts for New Year plans, pre-summer shaping, or autumn routines.
If you want steady progress, packages are available that make regular short sessions practical. The studio offers Five 30-Minute Sessions Package and Ten 30-Minute Sessions Package at published prices, which many clients use before transitioning to larger group classes or mixed-session plans.
