During your 30-minute Single Session, you'll relax in a private infrared cabin with controlled heat. Expect gentle warmth penetrating muscles, light sweating, and quiet time. Staff provides towels and guidance before and after the session.
Most healthy adults can safely enjoy a Single Session, but infrared heat may not suit pregnant people, those with uncontrolled blood pressure, or certain medical conditions. Consult your physician if uncertain and inform our staff.
Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand, and wear light clothing or use the provided towel. Remove jewelry and electronics. We'll brief you on temperature and recommend arriving five minutes early for check-in.

Single Sessions last 30 minutes. Temperatures vary by client comfort and our settings, typically ranging from approximately 110°F to 140°F effective infrared heat. We set a comfortable level and can adjust upon request.
Contraindications include pregnancy, unstable cardiovascular issues, fever, recent surgery or injury, and medications affecting heat tolerance. Always consult your healthcare provider if unsure and inform our team of medical history.
